Payment policies 

A booking deposit for your wedding is £100 and is non refundable. Trials are booked separately and the cost is non refundable if you do not require my services after the trial. Deposits are non refundable except if  I had to cancel. I except bank transfer or paypal transfer. The remainder of the balance needs to be paid 10 days prior to the wedding. 
 

Sharing policy

I share my hair makeup content as part of my gallery and advertising usage. If you wish not to have your hair and makeup on my website you can select no on the contract form.

You will be given a contract when you book with me and this is the information stated on the contract.


Disclaimer
As the makeup artist I am not responsible for anything I am not aware of such as, adverse weather conditions, allergies, unavoidable circumstances

Payment disclaimer

payment for booking - £100 of the signed contract secures the date of the event, the deposit needs to be paid to me to secure the booking. This will be deducted from your balance. The trial cost will be booked separately. The deposit will be non refundable. 

when to pay the remainder of the balance - I would need the remainder of the balance for the service to be paid 10 days prior to the event. If payment is not made 10 days prior to the event I will not be able to carry out my services and the booking will be cancelled.  

Holiday fees - There will be an extra 20% charge on holidays including bank holidays. 

My travel cost - The price of my travel will be included in the remainder of the balance, I will be covering all shropshire and wolverhampton areas. 


Late fees - Any delays on the day will incur an extra 10% charge

Cancellation policies 

A client can cancel 10 days before the event 

If the client cancels after 10 days prior to the event, the client will be charged 60% of the remaining balance. 

Deposits are non refundable except if I had to cancel, The client will be reimbursed with the deposit. 

Website disclaimer 

I am a hair and makeup artist offering only my bridal services to clients. I don't sell products and don't have any purchase usage on my website.

Privacy policy 

I collect data and information from booking forms clients fill out to book their wedding or event with me, the booking forms shows name, email, phone and dates they would like to choose. I also have a reviews page set up for clients to input their reviews on how they found my service, this also collects data such as name and email address.
